1. Petitioner had absconded. Warrant and Proclamation has been issued against him.

2. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain his application for anticipatory bail. Petitioner is at liberty to appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail in accordance with law.

3. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, thus, rejected.
