By this writ petition petitioner has filed this writ petition on 30th March, 2023 challenging the impugned order of blocking of his ITC while it appears from record that the aforesaid writ petition was affirmed on 29th September, 2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 8036 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent adjudicating authority concerned to expedite the pending adjudication proceeding and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law and after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives.

Petitioner will be at liberty to make appropriate representation for unblocking of his ITC which may be considered in accordance with law.
