Ali Ahasan ..for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the Money Suit No. 300 of 2019 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this civil revisional application this Court finds that 3rd May, 2025 has been fixed as for further orders. It further appears that the repeated dates were fixed awaiting service returns. In the meantime the Presiding Officer has also retired.

For such reason, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations, C.O. 1241 of 2025 stands disposed of.

The petitioners will be at liberty to approach this Court after the suit is made ready for hearing.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
