The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the District Programme Officer, District ICDS Cell, Bankura, to intimate the petitioner the outcome of the recruitment process for the engagement of Anganwadi Workers, which was initiated sometime in 2009. Such intimation should reach the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

A copy of the writ petition along with a server copy of this order be served upon the District Programme Officer, District ICDS Cell, Bankura.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
