For the petitioner The petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.7.2022 passed by the ld. JM, 3rd Court, Berhampur, Murshidabad in connection with M.R. Case No. 247 of 2022. I find from the order that the interim maintenance which was granted is Rs.6,000/-. The other findings of the ld. trial court is that the petitioner happens to be an Assistant Professor of Calcutta University.

Having regard to the same, at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order so passed by the ld. Magistrate.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the issues at the time of trial of the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1212 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
