Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner hands over a photostat certified copy of Case No.C/3509/12 which reflects that the complaint case has been dismissed under Section 256(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta.

In view of the aforesaid, the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 695 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
