1. Petitioner submits dispute is civil in nature. Co-accused have been granted pre-arrest bail. He prays for similar relief.

2. Learned lawyer for the State produces the case diary.

3. We have considered materials on record. Dispute relates to title over immovable property. Co-accused have been granted bail/anticipatory bail. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said co-accused and is entitled to similar relief.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

5. Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
