Petitioner has been strictly complying with the conditions which were imposed while granting bail on 19.06.2025 by the Co-ordinate Bench.

In view of the compliance of the petitioner, the condition imposed is modified to the extent that the petitioner will meet with the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of Raghunathganj Police Station once in a fortnight till further orders.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
