We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner was identified in the course of test identification parade. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who were not put up for identification. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence involving dacoity, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
