Petitioner being a retired Samprasarak has claimed benefits due to his superannuation on 31st December, 2024.

However, on behalf of respondent no.5 a memo dated 9th January, 2025 issued by the Mission Director, PBRSSM was placed before this Court on 25th April, 2025 whereby claim of the petitioner for terminal benefits was negated.

In the writ petition said memo dated 9th January, 2025 is not questioned. However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that same was not forwarded to the petitioner before filing this writ petition. 4.

During course of hearing copy of the memo dated 9th January, 2025 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

Since said memo dated 9th January, 2025 is not questioned entitlement of the petitioner to receive retiral benefits cannot be delved into in the present writ petition.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to question the said memo dated 9th January, 2025, in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
