The said report reflects that there has been compliance with the orders passed by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court earlier. It would be worthwhile to state that by an order dated 28.07.2020, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"In the circumstances, I directed the Superintendent of Police of the district and concern Inspector-in-Charge of the Police Station to scrutinize the injunction order passed by this Court and to ensure that there is no violation of this injunction."

Similarly on 14.12.2021, another co-ordinate Bench was pleased to pass the following order : "This Court is of the opinion that it would be appropriate to direct the Superintendent of Police of the district and the Inspector-in-Charge of the Hura Police Station to see that no construction should be made in the property in question."

As the police authorities have been complying with the said orders, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the orders dated 28.07.2020 and 14.12.2021 be made absolute and the police authorities would continue to abide by the said directions until and unless a specific order is passed by this Court or any other Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 5895 of 2020 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
