On 14th July, 2021 there was direction for issuance of administrative notice. We reproduced below, said order:- "The second appeal tender is of year 2002. Two defects have been reported. Firstly, valuation statement furnished in the memo differs with that appearing in the decrees of the Courts below. Secondly, certified copy of decree of the trial Court is incomplete as the last page is missing. The first defect can be rectified in Court, upon leave granted and the second defect need not detain moving of the appeal for admission. Though printed list has been published, none appears on behalf of appellant.

We find that the learned advocate for appellant has since been elevated.

Issue administrative notice to appellant enclosing copy of this order.

List on 9th August, 2021."

Noting dated 10th September, 2021 says the postal article was delivered to appellant on 10th August, 2021, as confirmed by the track record.

We are convinced appellant has lost interest. S.A.T. 1435 of 2002 is dismissed.
