(Via Video Conference) Mr. Pabitra Bhattacharyya ...for the petitioner The petitioner complains that the order dated September 14, 2020 has not been complied with by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Canning and the Officer-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station. It is submitted that the order was communicated to the alleged contemnors vide communication dated October 14, 2020. The said order has not been challenged in appeal and has attained finality. In those circumstances, let a Rule be issued upon the alleged contemnors as prayed for.

The Rule is made returnable on November 26, 2021.

The petitioner shall put in requisites for the aforesaid purpose at the earliest.
