1. In view of events subsequent to filing of the review application, a written instruction was received by the learned counsel for the petitioners, copy of which has been handed over to us, and be retained on records.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners relying on the written instructions submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the review application.

3. We permit the same. The review application is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, all the connected applications being CAN 1 of 2025 and CAN 2 of 2025 are also dismissed as withdrawn.
