Copies of said communication are made over to learned advocates representing the petitioners and respondent nos. 5 and 6.

2) It is disclosed in communication dated 10th June, 2026 that on 27th April, 2026 concerned police authority took the petitioners to the premises in question for compliance of the order dated 21st April, 2026.

However, for certain reasons petitioners did not stay at said premises.

3) Mr.

Swapan Banerjee, learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that though petitioners were taken to the premises in question but respondent nos. 5 and 6 did not treat the petitioners appropriately. However, petitioners are willing to stay at said premises. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioners that if arrangements are made petitioners are ready to stay at the premises in question from tomorrow.

4) Learned advocate representing the respondent nos. 5 and 6 disputes the submission made on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners were not treated appropriately on 27th April, 2026.

5) Petitioners shall go to their premises on 22nd June, 2026 for their permanent stay and respondent no. 4 is directed to provide necessary assistance to the petitioners which would facilitate the petitioners to stay at the premises in question on and from 22nd June, 2026. Police assistance shall be provided to the petitioners for thirty (30) days thereafter. During period of thirty days to be reckoned from 22nd June, 2026 petitioner shall approach the jurisdictional authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. In the event jurisdictional authority under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is approached by making

appropriate application, same shall be decided in accordance with law expeditiously.

6) With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.

7) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
