On 19th July, 2023 on the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioners accommodation was granted to obtain instructions and matter was directed to appear in the list today, 2nd August, 2023.

It appears that petitioners have lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
