Yesterday when the matter was called none appeared for the parties. Today state respondent is represented but no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

However, considering the interest of justice this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2/ The Directed (Education Department), West Bengal to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner as it appears at page 50 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorized representative, within eight weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Let it be recorded that the Court has not gone into the merit of the case and the respondent concerned shall decide the case independently by applying his judicious mind.

WPA 6980 of 2019 is disposed of.
