Report submitted by Ms. Anasuya Sinha, learned advocate appearing for the State reflects that the charge-sheet has already been submitted, although the said charge-sheet could not be filed within the specified time, as directed by this Court. The reasons in the report so assigned reflects that the Investigating Officer contacted with the B.DO. Magrahat-II and BMOH, Magrahat Rural Hospital. The declarations were recorded and thereafter charge-sheet was submitted.

Having considered the efforts taken by the Investigating Officer of the case, I am of the view that the application being CRLCP 3 of 2024 is not maintainable and the same, as such, is dismissed.

However, the applicant/petitioner would be at liberty to take steps before the jurisdictional court in accordance with law. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
