It appears that the present appeal has been preferred challenging an interim order dated 25th April, 2018 passed in a writ petition being WP No. 4890 (W) of 2018. During pendency of the present appeal, the writ petition has already been disposed of by an order dated 14th November, 2022.

In view thereof, the present appeal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
