By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned adjudication order dated 17th May, 2022, under the relevant provisions of WBGST Act, by filing this writ petition on 21st March, 2024, i.e. almost after two years from the date of passing the impugned adjudication order which is an appellable order under the statute and by allowing the time to expire the limitation and approach this Court much after the expiry of time to file statutory appeal.

In view of the alternative remedy by way of statutory appeal which the petitioner did not avail and inordinate delay about two years in approaching this Court, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned

adjudication order and accordingly, this this writ petition being WPA 8773 of 2024 is dismissed. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
