Petitioner renews the prayer for anticipatory bail. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the order of rejection of the anticipatory bail, other co-accused were granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the earlier order of rejection is of March 20, 2021. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the petitioner took no steps subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
