The petitioner's application for transfer was initially rejected on the ground that he is a single teacher in economic.

The matter came to be considered subsequently by the D.I. of Schools, in terms of the rules, has been attempting to make arrangement to locate a teacher in place of the petitioner in his original school. Let such effort be continued three more weeks from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Instructions of the State may be kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.
