1. The present intra-Court appeal is filed by the private respondent against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 20.02.2023 passed in WPA 17570 of 2022.

2. Nobody entered appearance in this matter.

3. The learned Single Judge issued certain directions in the order dated 20.02.2023. It appears that either directions are already implemented or the present appellants have lost interest in the matter. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
