This matter relates to payment of full family pension in favour of the petitioner, who is the second wife of ex-Group D staff of Sahadiar High Madrasah, Late Umar Ali.

From Annexure P-6 to the writ application it appears that the Madrasah on 14th September, 2020 wrote to the District Inspector of Schools, Murshidabad for recommending full family pension in favour of the petitioner.

Today the grievance of the petitioner is that despite such request by the concerned Madrasah no step has been taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools. She prays for a direction upon the District Inspector of Schools to look into the matter and to take appropriate steps immediately so that full family pension can be given to the petitioner.

I direct the District Inspector of Schools to consider the letter dated 14th September, 2020, as was given by the Madrasah to him, which is at Annexure P6, within a period of eight weeks and if necessary after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the Madrasah authority or its Headmaster. The decision

of the District Inspector of Schools of such consideration of the letter is to be communicated to the petitioner and the Headmaster of the Madrasah by two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction this writ application is disposed of.
