This matter has come up for correction of a Ab typographical error that has crept in the judgment and order dated 14th July, 2025, upon being mentioned. It is submitted by the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties that in the second line at paragraph 11 at page 5 of the said order, the date of the notification no. 553-WT/3M-87/2012 has wrongly been typed as "February 20, 2023" instead of "February 20, 2013".

Let the date of the said notification in the judgment and order dated July 14, 2025 as aforesaid, be corrected by deleting the year "2023"

and incorporating the year "2013" in its place and stead. The other portion of the said judgment and order shall remain unchanged.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated by the department forthwith.
