Ms. Shreya Agarwal ... for the petitioner The present civil revision is moved by the learned counsel for the appellant praying for expeditious hearing of Money Suit No. 349 of 2011 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat. On hearing the learned counsel for the appellant and on perusal of the record and considering the fact that the Money Suit being no. 349 of 2011 is pending for last 13 years, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, is to make all efforts to dispose of the said case as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight months from the date of communication of this order.

The present revision is accordingly disposed of. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court, Barasat, for compliance.
