(AB) Mr. Aloke Ghosh Mr. Arijit Dey ...... for the petitioner From the affidavit of service filed by the petitioner it appears that the copy of the contempt application was received by the receiving clerk of the Bhadreswar Municipality. There is no document to show that the contempt application was received by the contemnors individually.

Accordingly, the learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon Mr. Somnath Roy, learned advocate who represented the Bhadreswar Municipality before the Writ Court.
