Mondal .....For the Petitioners Mr. Saibal Bapuli Mr. Arijit Ganguly .....For the State [ Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the Investigating Agency before the jurisdictional Court. The opinion of the Investigating Officer discloses the dispute to be of civil in nature with a prayer for discharging the accused person. Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. Having considered the submissions so advanced by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and the photostat copy of the report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure so filed, there is no merit to be considered in the present revisional application. Accordingly, C.R.R. 1040 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
