Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that no fake currency was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the petitioner used the fake currency to repay the loan.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
