1. The report filed today by the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) be kept on record.

2. The WBSEDCL has held an inspection and it is reflected in the report that an amicable solution has been reached between the objectors and all concerned.

3. As per such resolution, the existing transformer shall be augmented and all due steps takes therefor, instead of installing the proposed additional transformer at the disputed location.

4. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 8762 of 2024 is disposed of by keeping on record the report filed today by the WBSEDCL and directing the WBSEDCL to comply with the statements made in

the said report and take appropriate steps for augmentation of the present transformer instead of installing a new transformer at the objected location.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
