The petitioner is in custody for 62 days and seeks parity with the co-accused who was granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

A minor boy apparently committed suicide. He was in a love relationship with a minor girl. The father of the minor girl has been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is the uncle of the minor girl. Since the petitioner is similarly circumstanced with the co-accused who has been granted anticipatory bail he is entitled to the same relief.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner namely Rafik Sk @ Rafikul Islam shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad subject to

condition that he shall cooperate in investigation and shall meet the investigating officer of the case as and when required and shall not tamper with the evidence or intimidate the witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

The application for bail is disposed of.
