Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits of that the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated January 30, 2020 granting bail to the opposite parties approached this Court for cancellation of bail.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having regard to the fact that the offences complained of are all magistrate trial and that more than six years have passed since the bail was granted, at this belated stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of bail. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by circumstances particularly post bail conduct which interferes with the progress of the trial, petitioner will bring it to the notice of the learned trial court. Learned trial court at the relevant stage will consider whether the liberty granted to the accused

persons are creating impediment for the witnesses to freely participate in the further progress of the trial and thereafter pass necessary directions.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM 5089 of 2020 along with CRAN 3359 of 2020 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
