The victim suffered multiple injuries on his head. The injured was required to be administered a number of teaches on the head.

Apparently, the injuries were caused by the glass bottle. All the petitioners before us stand implicated in the incident of assault on the victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and nature of injury suffered by the victim and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 1434 of 2023 is rejected.
