1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Challenging the inaction on the part of the banking ombudsman to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, the instant writ petition was filed.

3. At the time of hearing, it has been brought to the notice of the Court that by a communication dated 8th April, 2025 the banking ombudsman has disposed of the representation of the petitioner by closing the complaint.

4. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

5. The order of the ombudsman is not under challenge before this Court. The same is a fresh cause of action.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary steps in the matter in accordance with law to challenge the order passed by the banking ombudsman before the competent forum.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
