The petitioner prays for a direction upon the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the representation filed by her on April 7, 2022 for issuance of the result of the two-year D.El.Ed (ODL Mode) for in-service teachers.

The said representation was received by the office of the Board on April 11, 2022.

As it appears that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending disposal at the end of the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being the respondent no. 3 herein to consider

and dispose of the said representation filed by the petitioner on April 7, 2022 strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The said respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of her representation dated April 7, 2022 to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
