The present appeal of the year 2015 is against a Judgement and Order dated 01.08.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Howrah Municipal Court, Howrah(Sadar) in connection with Complaint Case No.6588C of 2014 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

The appellant had been directed by this court to file an application under the Limitation Act with the condition that if the said application was not filed within a fortnight from date, the appeal would stand dismissed as barred by limitation. It appears that since 2017 no such application has been filed. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as barred by limitation.
