3. In pursuance of the direction passed by this Court dated 09.06.2025, a report is submitted by the Superintendent, Alipore Women's Correctional Home, which is handed over by the learned advocate for the State during hearing.
4. The said report indicates that the appellants/convicts, namely, Saraswati @ Jhuli Thapa and Saili Tamang, had already served out the sentence as passed by the learned Trial Court in the impugned judgment and order of conviction.
5. As the appellants have already served out the sentence, the instant appeal becomes infructuous.
6. Accordingly, the instant appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed affirming the impugned judgment and order of
conviction passed by the learned Trial Court dated 29th August, 2014 and 30th August, 2014 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 01(05)/13 (Sessions Case No. 04(01)/13).
7. The report submitted by the Superintendent, Alipore Women's Correctional Home is taken on record.
8. Consequently, the applications filed in connection with this appeal are hereby dismissed.
9. Let a copy of this order along with TCR be sent down to the learned Trial Court immediately.
10. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon complying with all legal formalities. (Prasenjit Biswas, J.)
