1. Petitioner submits no narcotics was recovered from him. He prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Lawyer for the State submits petitioner and his son used to carry on illegal trade in narcotics. 23.36 kgs. of ganja was recovered from their residence.

3. We have considered the materials on record. 23.36 kgs. of ganja was recovered from the residence of the petitioner and his son.

4. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
