Counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that the alleged contemnor has been transferred and new incumbent is joined and prays for addition of new incumbent as alleged contemnor no. 2 in the instant case. Leave is granted to the petitioner to add the new incumbent, namely, Koushik Roy, District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas, Barasat as alleged contemnor no. 2 within a week from date.

The petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the added contemnor within a week thereafter.
