As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Rupsha Chakraborty, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to hand over a copy of the writ petition to learned advocate appearing for the State.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the representation dated 14.03.2023 which was furnished with the Officer-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station was not acted upon. The main grievance of the petitioners is that the private respondents have been trying to interfere, disturb and also attempting to grab the property of the petitioners which were inherited by them.

As the representation which was furnished with the Officer-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police

Station is of 14th March, 2023, I am of the view that if subsequent inconveniences are faced by the petitioners, petitioners will submit or furnish a fresh representation with the Officer-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station. The police authorities would consider such representation in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 8074 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
