The District Inspector of Schools (SE), Hooghly is personally present in Court. A compliance report has been filed and the same is taken on record.

It is submitted that the report of the CMOH has been received confirming the medical condition of the petitioner. The District Inspector of Schools (SE) has subsequently forwarded the petitioner's application to the SSC off line.

The SSC and the President of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall complete the process of transfer of the petitioner off line mandatorily and positively within a period of seven day from date. 4.

For the aforesaid purpose the petitioner shall sit with the Chairman of the SSC on Monday at 2 pm. 5.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

7.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

8.

There will be no order as to costs.

9.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
