By order impugned, the petitioner/respondent in Act VIII case was restrained from taking any action which might change the status of the child regarding custody. In view of the order passed in C.O. 3786 of 2023 on October 16, 2023, nothing remains to be decided in this revisional application.

This court has already made an arrangement for the interim visitation during the festive season. The revisional application is dismissed as infructuous.
