1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner claims arrears of salary due to wrong fixation of pay for the period between 01.04.1998 and 30.09.2012. The District Inspector of Schools (PE), Dakshin Dinajpur has filed a report indicating that a sum of Rs.51,455/- is due and payable to the petitioner towards arrears of salary pursuant to wrong fixation.

3. Let the same be paid to the petitioner by the District Primary School Council, Dakshin Dinajpur within a period of one month from date together with interest at the rate of 7% per annum from December, 2021 till the date of actual payment.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. Instructions of the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Dakshin Dinajpur filed in Court today is kept with the record.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
