Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant is present. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that the evidence of the charge-sheet witness nos. 1, 3 and 4 has been completed and dates were fixed for examination of CSW Nos. 5 and 6 on or about in the month of March, 2026. The charge-sheet reflects that nine of the witnesses are individual persons not associated with any government department.

In view of such witnesses being left to be examined, I direct the learned trial court to waive the conditions after the evidence of the said nine witnesses is over.

If time is stretched to more than a year, then in that case, after a year, the conditions so imposed will automatically be deemed to be waived.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
