Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition was filed praying for a direction upon the respondents for completing the enquiry proceeding by the Internal Complaints Committee within a stipulated time period.

It has been submitted that the Internal Complaints Committee has already filed the enquiry report which the petitioner has challenged by filing a subsequent writ petition.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. 4.

Learned advocate representing the respondent no.6 has produced a copy of the report of the enquiry officer signed on March 20, 2026. Let the same be retained with the records.

As it appears that the cause of action for filing the writ petition does not subsist any longer, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.

Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
