...for the State Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. There are allegations of misappropriation of public funds against the petitioner who is the Ex-Prodhan of Nurpur Gram Panchayat. His prayer for bail was turned down by this Court in February, 2022. There is no change in circumstances since the last rejection of bail by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record implicating the petitioner in misappropriating public funds and as there is no change in circumstances since last rejection of bail by this Court in February, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
