This is an application for review of the order dated 28th June, 2023 by which the appeal preferred by the review applicant was dismissed.

After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record we find that this matter can be more effectively adjudicated after affording the respondents an opportunity to disclose their stand on affidavit.

Let affidavit in opposition be filed by 17th May, 2024. Reply thereto, if any by 11th June, 2024.

Let the matter appear on 14th June, 2024.
