Petitioner has approached this court since his information furnished on or about 01.10.2024 was not acted upon by the police authorities. Petitioner has addressed the information to 11 administrative authorities including the police authorities.

I have considered the subject matter of the representation as also the report submitted by the State. I find that a case has been registered against the Headmaster being Deganga PS Case No. 688/24 dated 29.11.2024.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos.

14 and 15 submits that they have conducted an inspection, subsequent to which enquiry was

conducted and the BDO has informed the police station pursuant to which case has been registered. Be that as it may, I have considered the nature of the accusations made in the information which was addressed to the authorities and I find that no cognizable offence is made out. There are informations so furnished. However there may be certain issues faced by the Headmaster while running day to day administration. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the other authorities. Police authorities would only see that the school is run smoothly. To that effect, they would oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place within the school premises. With the aforesaid observations WPA 8070 of 2025 is disposed of.
