We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the minor implicates the petitioner in the crime. She has not yet been examined. Contours of the crime cannot be fully appreciated unless the minor is examined in Court. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
