1. It appears from the submissions of the petitioner appearing in person that the order dated 23rd February, 2023 has been complied with by the Barrackpore Police Station since FIR has been registered and FRT has been filed.

2. The petitioner has filed a Naraji petition under Section 176 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional Magistrate, which is pending.

3. The petitioner may take steps in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions, CPAN 452 of 2023 shall stand disposed of without any order.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
